Terms and conditions:

• At the moment of the booking, you will be asked for your credit card' number.

• You can cancel or modify your booking whithout any additional charge within 48 hours from your arrival.

• In the event of "late cancellation" that is you have cancelled your booking less than 48 hours before your arrival, we will charge you with the amount of 2 nights and the services you reserved.

• In the event of "NO SHOW", advanced departure or late arrival, the whole amount of the booking will be charged.

• According to the law by decree no. 201/2011 from the 6th December 2011 in Italy payment of more than € 999,00 are no longer allowed.

• From the 1st January 2013 the visitor's tax will come into force: guests must pay this tax at the end of the whole stay directly at the hotel; this will be € 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 4 nights (ex. A guest who will stay for 7 nights will pay € 1,00 x 4 = € 4,00). This tax is not included in the hotel price list.

• The following ways are accepted: credit card, non-negotiable check, credit transfer.
