It looks like this, like an elixir in a glass and gold casket: it is P.H. @. T, the flagship cocktail of our 5-star hotel.
It reads “Pat” and the acronym means “Perfect Harmony at Tergesteo”.
It comes from the modern mixology and creativity of our bartender Stefano; the cocktail expertly doses Gin Generous, with a floral and fresh flavor, Lychee liqueur, rose syrup, lime.
It is served in a real casket on a bed of fragrant rose petals.
The idea and the intention that led to the birth of this drink were to recreate the atmosphere of serenity that you breathe by the pool, especially in the evening, surrounded by light the outdoor fireplaces, when you can admire the body of water and you can breathe the scent of the roses that decorate the garden.
This slightly exotic atmosphere goes well with the flavor of Lychee and the freshness of lime; the scent of rose, so ethereal and impalpable, gives further harmony.
The glass casket wants to remember the Lychee fruit, as behind a hard peel there is a tasty pearl.
The choice of the name is therefore no coincidence: harmony of flavors and aromas; furthermore, by reading the initials of the words that compose it in Italian, it sounds the abbreviation of the name of Patricia, the soul of our hotel.
You just have to sit at our Gold Bar and let yourself be carried away on this journey of sensations and emotions.
