“54 Rubies” is the name of our homemade Gin and available at our Bistrò54.

“54 Rubies” is much more than just a name. It is a tribute to the symbolic number of our retreat which is repeated in an infinite number of hidden details.

Every drop of this gin is a symphony of flavors, a harmony of juniper berries, muscat grapes, mountain pine, stone pine, mint, cardamom and coriander, which intertwine in an intricate taste ballet.

But there’s more. The real magic happens with the low-temperature infusion of 54 raspberries, each like a sparkling ruby, which gives this gin an elegant red hue and an enveloping scent, like a bouquet of refined aromas that dance on the tongue and blend softly with the soul.

• Botanicals: juniper berries, muscat grapes, mountain pine, stone pine, cardamom, coriander
• Distillation: artisanal with Crysopea, vacuum bain-marie still
• Second artisanal processing: Raspberries -Sous Vide – Cbt (low temperature)
• Aroma: intense juniper, fresh, delicate raspberry and balsamic
• Taste: soft thanks to raspberries, muscat grapes, with elegant notes of cardamom and coriander
• Alcohol content: 46°
