Sparkling Wines For Toasting Life
Sparkling and semi-sparkling wines have always been synonymous with joy and conviviality. The Charmat method (or Martinotti method) produces fresh, light wines with fruity notes and the perlage which is typical of all bubblies.

SuperUva: refers to innovative vines which are resistant to fungal diseases. These vines are sustainable and environmentally friendly as they require very few chemical agents for plant protection, with the aim of producing excellent wines with an exciting variety of flavours. They really help the environment because very few pesticides are introduced.
In this category, our wine bar stocks the award-winning White Swan Sauvignon Kretos (International Piwi Wine Award 2022 held in Frasdorf, Germany, in September 2022). This wine is made from resistant vines, as they keep away the most common diseases.
